Prayer: Doubt

Prayer of Faith:

"O God, with all our hearts, we long for You. Come, transform us to be Christ-centred, Spirit-empowered, mission-focused people, multiplying disciples everywhere." (Alliance Vision Prayer)

Prayer in doubt:

God, I come to you with my doubts. I come to you with questions that I have not been able to find answers to, or have not been able to find satisfaction in the answers that I have received. In the ways that I have doubted you, or have allowed my hurts and woundings to foster a distrust of you and your church, I ask for your help to trust you and (re)discover you for who you are. Give me a sense of holy curiosity in place of my doubt, and hope where I have allowed despair to creep in and cause me to not recognize your nearness.
